What is diecast?
Diecast is a term used in hobby industry referring to a model made with metal body. Deicast metal is made of zinc alloy. Diecast models doesn’t mean it is 100% metal model.

How big is the scale? (1:24, 1:18, 1:12, etc.)
For an example, 1:18 scale model means that the length of the model is 1/18 of actual vehicle. If you chop up a vehicle into 18 pieces, one piece length will be the same length as the 1:18 scale model.
1:18 Scale cars are about 10"-12" long and 1:64 Scale cars are about 3" long.

Is this an assembled model or a kit?
Unless it says that it is a put together kit, most of our models are ready made. They are ready to be displayed right out of the box.

How much is shipping?
Our shopping cart uses live UPS server to get shipping price. Customer has to input their address info in order form to get a shipping cost.

After I order, when do you ship?
We usually ship on next business day which doesn’t include weekends, holidays, and vacation days.

Where is my package?
All customers will receive an email with order tracking numbers. Sometimes, our emails get thrown into a junk mail folder.

Do you ship to foreign countries?
Yes, we do. We use Paily as our international credit card processing system. At the end of international order, customer has to click on Paily button to finish the payment.

How much is international shipping cost?
It depends, for most of Europe, single 1:18 scale model will cost about $45.00 using USPS Express Mail service.

When am I going to get my order?
For UPS Ground, it will take up to 6 business days to deliver. Customers can track their order using tracking number that has been emailed to them.

Why did you charge my credit card twice?
Customers may see two charges on their credit card right after they order. One charge is for authorization only which will disappear in a day or two. Our system can charge only once for an order.
